The ‘Direct Way’ is a training and induction module designed to infuse every aspect and everyone in the group with a customer focused philosophy that delivers four key attributes to our clients:


THE DIRECT WAY - CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT

At Direct Group we have a philosophy of continuous improvement and development that not only encompasses our systems, services and products but also our people. The 'Direct Way' provides employees with a full overview of the company, its products and process, regulatory requirements of the FSA and DPA. All new members to our team undertake the 'Direct Way' induction to ensure that they have the understanding of our culture and philosophy, which is to provide them with continual development.

It is not just new members of the team that under go training, the 'Direct Way' is a continual process which is supported through our training and competence framework. This framework provides a progressive learning process performed in small teams of up to 8 people right from new starters to supervisors. Incorporated in the training is mentoring, tool-box training, file reviews and training courses. 

The success of the business along with continual support, training and involvement of our people in everything we do is illustrated through our low staff turnover and the average length of service being currently just below 5 years.
